Marriage ref Poplar, Sep 1896 1c 919. Did he die - or was he locked away insane? In the 190 1 census there is a ML Ball b 1868 (in Metfield?) incarcerated in the London county Asylum i n Deptford - married and a wheelwright! This must be him - although his wife Ada is recorde d as a widow in the same census.
